Instructions
In a food processor or high-speed blender, add the feta, yogurt, olive oil, black pepper, dill and lemon juice. Blend until combined and smooth.
Mix the slider ingredients together in a bowl with your hands. Form into 8 equal-sized slider patties.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliders to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side.
Assemble the sliders by adding the sliced cucumbers to the bottom bun, top with a lamb patty, add 1-2 tablespoons of feta sauce to the patty and then top with the top bun. Serve immediately and enjoy.
